Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk green onion, sliced
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 6 jalapeño peppers
  • 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

Method

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, and green onion in a small bowl.
  3. 3Season the tuna mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4Slice jalapeños lengthwise and remove all seeds from each half.
  5. 5Fill each jalapeño half with about one tablespoon of tuna mixture.
  6. 6Top each filled pepper with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. 7Bake for 13-15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
