Ingredients

  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, small, leaves pulled apart
  • 1/2 cup pickle, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce

Method

  1. 1Heat pan over medium heat and add ground beef.
  2. 2Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Cook 7-8 minutes until beef is browned and cooked through, breaking up as it cooks.
  4. 4For each wrap, layer 2-3 lettuce leaves on top of one another.
  5. 5Top each stack of lettuce evenly with cooked beef, pickles, onion, cheese and hot sauce.
  6. 6Wrap each wrap with parchment paper, twisting ends to keep them together.
  7. 7Cut in half.
