Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond butter, not runny
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted and divided
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/16 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter

Method

  1. 1Arrange paper baking cups on plate or small baking sheet and set aside.
  2. 2In mixing bowl, stir almond butter with half the melted coconut oil until smooth.
  3. 3Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until combined, mixture will stiffen.
  4. 4In second small mixing bowl, combine remaining melted coconut oil and coconut butter, stir until runny.
  5. 5Fold coconut butter mixture into almond butter mixture until just combined.
  6. 6Divide into prepared baking cups.
  7. 7Freeze for at least 1 hour or until solid.

Keep in airtight container or zipper-lock bag in freezer up to 1 month, best eaten from frozen
