Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (not wild)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Method

  1. 1In bowl, combine blueberries and yogurt until well coated.
  2. 2Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. 3Transfer individual yogurt-covered blueberries to sheet in even layer.
  4. 4Freeze for at least 30 minutes before transferring to freezer bag or freezer-safe storage container.
  5. 5Continue to store in freezer until ready to eat.
